It has been just over 6 weeks since we arrived and we’ve been up to a whole lot lately. We’ve taken advantage of the time spent together and not working (just yet) to do everything on that list. One of these things was visiting the Tate Britain, which in my opinion, is the best museum to visit. Here are some visually inspired reasons why

  1. The ceiling is a beauty

2. The floor’s not too bad either

3. Sculpture has its own presence – with rooms dedicated to Henry Moore

4. And its home to The Lady of Shalott by John William Waterhouse, 1888

5. As well as the beautiful Ophelia by Sir John Everett Millais, Bt, 1851-2

6. William Turner’s rooms are hauntingly beautiful

7. And truly spectacular installation is well worth a visit. Running until August, its called Forms in Space… by Light (in Time) by artist Cerith Wyn Evans
