Let’s answer your questions:
How do I book To Have & To Fold?
We require a $500 deposit to get you on the books. The remaining balance will be due at 1 month out.
Can I pay in full?
Yes! However, we don’t recommend it (unless it is a last-minute booking). Your choices and guest count may change, and we want you to only pay for what you need and nothing more.
Do I have to have everything picked out before I put down a deposit?
No! We can quote you based on what we think you need. We will stay in touch with you during your planning process and finalize details 2-3 months out. Whatever the remaining balance of your invoice is, will be due at 1 month out.
How does payment work?
Payments can be made through your order screen. If you want to make another payment towards your balance, just let us know and we’ll send you the link to your order again.
Is the damage fee refundable?
No. The damage fee is there to replace any rental items that may be too damaged to recover.
Is the deposit refundable?
No. The deposit is to hold your wedding date and will go towards your remaining balance.
What if I change my mind on colors?
Not a problem! We want you to have what YOU WANT. We will finalize colors and details around 2-3 months out. Any changes within 6 weeks are subject to availability.
Are all the linen colors the same price?
Yes! Pricing varies with materials but not colors.
Will THTF deliver?
Yes! Free delivery/pick-up is offered within 30 miles of New Braunfels. If you are outside the 30 miles, we will deliver for a fee. Clients are responsible for rental drop-off with 72 hours of your event.
Will THTF set-up my rental items?
Yes! THTF will set-up all rental items for a fee.
What if I have my own place settings?
THTF will set those up as well. Just let us know what you have so we can price it accordingly. We will confirm set-up at 1 month out.
Will THTF set-up my décor?
Yes! We do offer that service for centerpieces and table décor only. It is priced per table and dependent on what you have to set-up. Exact picture of set-up example required.
Can I see what you have in person?
Yes! We do not currently have a store front, but we are constantly participating in Open Houses and other events (upcoming events can be found here). If you cannot visit us on those dates, let us know and we’d be happy to schedule an in person meeting at a location to show you everything we can offer specifically tailored to you (fill out our contact form here).
